THOMAS HINKLE (Left)
Thomas is entering his fourth year of Crossfit and has had his Level 1 Certification for the past 2 years. He graduated from Marietta College in 2016 with a bachelors degree in Sports Management, where he was also a 3 year Letterman in Football. Aside from coaching at CrossFit WELD, he is an Assistant Football Coach at Marietta College, where he also serves as Strength and Conditioning Coach. Thomas has a wife (Lauren) and a son (JT) and resides in Marietta, Ohio. Thomas has a distinguished background in Olympic Weightlifting and Football Training. AUTUMN EPPLEY (Center)
Autumn has a history of an active lifestyle which started in her youth competitively barrel racing horses. In college, she transitioned to physical fitness when she found CrossFit. While in college, Autumn received her degree in the Physical Therapy Assistant Technology program and began blending her physical therapy knowledge with the CrossFit Methodology to develop an active lifestyle. Autumn is a CrossFit Level-1 trainer and also is a FMT (functional movements technique) certified provider for Rocktape. Autumn's mission and passion is to allow individuals of all ages and skill levels to train functionally and improve their quality of life.
TYLER EPPLEY (Right)
Tyler has been active in sports and strength and conditioning for nearly 14 years. He played football throughout high school and baseball during high school and college. He has been personal training and programming workouts for clients since 2014. His clients have included one-on-one, small groups, and fitness boot camps. Tyler has been practicing and implementing the CrossFit methodology for nearly 4 years. He is a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer and has a Bachelors of Science from Ohio University. Tyler's mission is to cultivate proper movement patterns and allow people to unlock their full athletic potential.
