- 100m run

- 50ft butt kicks

- 50ft monster walk

- 8 power cleans @ 45/35

- 5 tempo air squats (3 sec)

- 5 tempo push-ups (3 sec)


Partner Workout

*teams of 2 (2 people working at a time)

**alternating between Part A and Part B. Once either part is complete both partners can do a "i go, you go" to finish out the remaining Part

- 200 air squats

- 80 power cleans @ 135/95

- 200 push-ups
