Warm Up 6 min AMRAP - 2 devil's press - 20 sec PVC/bench front rack stretch - 8 SA DB high pulls - 8 power cleans @ 45/35 - 20 single-unders

Strength - 6 x 3 power cleans Conditioning (cap 20min) *10 rounds - 2 devil's press @ 50/35

- 5 push-ups - 20 double-unders *devil's press will be completed on one side of the gym (by the rowers). push-ups will be completed in the middle of the gym (near the turf). Double-unders will be completed on the opposite side of the gym (by the rig). *
